  7K14 - minor maintenance release

   -- Added code to save qualities of email network data via MSG/ADD/OUT
   -- Fixed a timer routine that had a slight miscalculation of the time.

  8A01 - Yearly cleanup...
   -- minor cleanups in code
   -- added a creation/deletion of the lock file.  There does not appear
      to be any place where the file is created, but a couple where it is
      checked...


  8B13 - minor cleanups
   -- lost the previous 8A02 version of this file with a HD crash,
      did not lose any source changes, just my record of what was fixed.
      Nothing major in this release, small cleanup of some code.
      Mostly this release was to be sure I could build ok after a HD problem.
   -- fixed a small bug in confg with initialization.
